Community Counseling Center (CCC) in Missouri is hiring to support clients through the Clustered Apartments Program. You will assist with community support services, coordinate mental health care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat clients.
You will train clients in daily living skills, help build support networks, and encourage recreational activity participation within their communities, alongside on-site inspections and case management.
Shift: Sunday-Thursday 8a-430p, Fri/Sat off.
Base Pay: $16.42 - 18.82/hour
Due to this position requiring staff transportation of clients in extenuating circumstances, this position also requires: reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of continuous auto insurance.
Clustered Apartments allow for on-site monitoring and on-site interventions and treatment of individuals who require an intensive level of care and support, and who may require skills in the necessities of daily living. Clustered Apartments provide low income subsidized housing assistance to persons with disabilities, mental illnesses and/or poverty.
Responsible for assisting with the delivery of community support services for individuals receiving services through our Clustered Apartments Program; coordination of delivery of mental health services; resource development and linkage with community; functions as a professional staff member of a multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive assessment and treatment services to clients.

We are an administrative agent for the Missouri Department of Mental Health, and we are entrusted to provide a full array of comprehensive behavioral health services within our five county catchment area.
