Community Counseling Center Inc is seeking a Supportive Housing Worker in Fredericktown, MO to assist with community support services for clients in the Clustered Apartments Program. This role includes training clients in daily living skills and coordinating mental health services.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and preferably two years of relevant experience. The position offers additional benefits, including paid days off and health insurance.

Schedule:
Base Pay: $16.42 - 18.82/hour, depending on experience
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Due to this position requiring staff transportation of clients in extenuating circumstances, this position also requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of continuous auto insurance.
Clustered Apartments allow for on‑site monitoring and on‑site interventions and treatment of individuals who require an intensive level of care and support, and who may require skills in the necessities of daily living. Clustered Apartments provide low‑income subsidized housing assistance to persons with disabilities, mental illnesses and/or poverty.
Responsible for assisting with the delivery of community support services for individuals receiving services through our Clustered Apartments Program; coordination of delivery of mental health services; resource development and linkage with community; functions as a professional staff member of a multi‑disciplinary team providing comprehensive assessment and treatment services to clients.
