Job summary

Pinnacle Support Services LLC is seeking a compassionate Supported Living Specialist to help individuals with disabilities live independently. You will provide daily living support, assist with ADLs, and implement ISPs while documenting progress accurately.

You will transport clients to appointments and activities, teach life skills, and communicate with care teams to ensure safety and inclusion. Bilingual Spanish is preferred for wider support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or caregiving preferred.
• Genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting quality of life.
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and health screenings (TB).
• Valid California driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
