Qualifikationen

• 2+ years leadership in human services (experience with participants with developmental disabilities preferred).
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong relationship building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Capable of communication with dignity and respect, especially during challenging moments.
• Experience and able to manage multiple priorities & lead teams towards success.
• Warm, respectful, and professional demeanor.
• Strong de-escalation and redirection skills.
• CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if applicants are not certified or need to be recertified).
• Comprehensive knowledge of compliance in developmental disability services.

Your Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and support quality assurance staff, program managers, and direct support professionals
