Job summary

The Role

As a Supported Living Coach, you play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will help them develop skills for independent living while ensuring they feel supported and valued in their community.

What You'll Do

• - Provide direct support to individuals in their homes and community settings.

What We're Looking For
