Job summary

Clearbrook is seeking a Supported Living Assistant in Vernon Hills, IL to provide 1:1 support for individuals with intellectual disabilities in their home and community. A high school diploma is required, and applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

Hours are Weekdays 2:30pm-5:30pm, up to 15 hours per week, with pay at $25.00 per hour. Clearbrook is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
