Job summary

KenCrest is seeking an Employment Supervisor to lead our Supported Employment program for adults and transition-aged youth while remaining actively involved in direct service. You will supervise a team of Job Coaches and Employment Specialists, oversee daily program operations, ensure compliance and quality outcomes, and maintain a small caseload to support participants directly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, Rehabilitation, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human services, employment services, education, or a related field.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles preferred.
• ACRE Certification or CESP credential preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire).
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities in employment settings.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Employment Specialists and Job Coaches.
• Maintain a partial caseload and provide direct employment supports, including job coaching, job development, workplace training, and transportation training.
• Build relationships with employers, schools, community organizations, and funding partners.
• Promote employment opportunities and advocate for individuals seeking meaningful work.
• Monitor program performance, documentation, billing, and operational compliance.
• Analyze program data, track key performance indicators, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful participant outcomes.
