Job summary

KenCrest is seeking an Employment Supervisor to lead our Supported Employment program for adults and transition-age youth. You will supervise a team of Job Coaches and Employment Specialists while maintaining a small caseload to provide direct employment supports, including job coaching and workplace training.

You'll build relationships with employers, schools, and funding partners, monitor compliance, and analyze data to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Human Services, Education, Rehabilitation, Social Work, or related field.
• ACRE Certification or CESP credential preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities in employment settings preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Employment Specialists and Job Coaches.
• Maintain a partial caseload and provide direct employment supports (job coaching, development, workplace training, transportation training).
• Build relationships with employers, schools, community organizations, and funding partners.
• Promote employment opportunities and advocate for individuals seeking meaningful work.
• Monitor program performance, documentation, billing, and operational compliance.
• Analyze program data, track KPIs, and recommend improvements.
