Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• CPR and First Aid training completed.

Responsibilities

• Implement ISPs aligned with clients’ goals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, encourage social inclusion.
• Administer medication and monitor health per guidelines.
• Assist with job applications and job training.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavioral plans.
