Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Supportability Manager 2 (LSA) to lead the Lifecycle Engineering Section in Melbourne, FL. This fully onsite role requires senior expertise in reliability, maintainability, and logistics support analysis, with responsibilities spanning planning, cost control, and cross-functional leadership.

The role emphasizes DoD lifecycle understanding, strong communication, and team collaboration, with travel to multiple sites as needed to support IPT objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 9 years of related professional/military experience, or a Master’s with 7 years in Engineering.
• Familiarity with Logistics Support Analysis responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel to various site locations for the Product Support IPT.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lifecycle Engineering Section including Reliability, Maintainability & Testability, Modeling & Simulation, and Logistics Support Analysis.
• Understand the DoD Major Capabilities Acquisition lifecycle and how ISE supports it.
• Define and schedule detailed work packages, manage cost and schedule, and lead a team.
