Job summary

Lutheran Services at the Keystone Centre, Woodridge, Queensland, is seeking enthusiastic Support Workers for group-based and individual supports. You will help people with disability access community programs, work toward NDIS goals, and deliver person-centered plans in centre, in-home, and community settings.

The role offers casual opportunities across the week with a competitive hourly rate and additional benefits, including salary packaging and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience working in disability, youth, or community programs.
• Creativity and energy to engage people in meaningful activities.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and valid QLD Driver’s Licence.

We are seeking enthusiastic Support Workers - Group Based & Individual Support to facilitate programs that help people with disability connect with their community, build social skills, and work towards their NDIS goals.

Location: Keystone Centre - Woodridge QLD
Remuneration Range: $46.18 - $50.38 ph + (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Discounts & Benefits
