Job summary

Cygnet Colchester is recruiting Support Workers to assist nursing staff with admission, assessment, and discharge, focusing on dignity and safety for inpatients. The role involves day and night shifts across a 43.75-hour week, with DBS checks required and opportunities for apprenticeship training.

Starting pay is £14.50 per hour, rising to £14.80 after 3 months, with flexible overtime options and ongoing coaching.

• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.
• Work within Safeguarding guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.
