Cygnet in Colchester is seeking an outstanding Bank Support Worker to deliver compassionate care in a residential service for adults with learning disabilities. You will work flexible bank shifts at Gables, providing emotional and physical support, safeguarding, and help with daily living in a person-centred approach.

The role requires excellent communication, teamwork and a genuine drive to make a difference.

We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care. Youll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Gables. Due to the occupational needs, and demands of the service we are only able to accept female applicants or Driver for this role

Located in the heart of a residential community in Colchester, Gables is a specialist residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. The home provides longer term placements for individuals who require round the clock care and support. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each individuals specific need.

Your day-to-day
