Job summary

Cygnet is hiring a confident Care & Support Worker for Lowry House, a specialist residential service. You will work full time (42 hours/week) on 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends, days only. You will support people with learning disabilities and complex needs, promoting independence and community integration.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, teamwork, and safeguarding, with opportunities for apprenticeship, coaching, and wellbeing benefits. DBS check is required.

• Maintain a safe, clean environment and promote independence
• Help residents engage with community activities, work, college, hobbies and days out
