Job summary

Potens is seeking Support Workers to join our newly established Supported Living Service in Crewe. Located at Stanley House, we provide high-quality support for twelve adults aged 18 and over in a caring environment.

The role offers opportunities to develop skills through learning and leadership sessions, with a focus on safeguarding and enabling independent living. The position involves varied shifts across days and evenings in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Positive, motivated and passionate about providing high-quality support.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Flexibility to work on a rota including days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, sleep nights and waking nights.

Responsibilities

• Support adults 18+ with moderate needs and related health conditions.
• Encourage and support activities in the service and in the community.
• Develop personal and practical skills to enhance independent living.
• Be responsible for safeguarding the individuals we support.
• Stanley House offers 10 self-contained flats and 2 adapted bungalows designed for a variety of support needs.
