Job summary

Sterling Cross Trading LLP seeks a Support Worker to help individuals live independently at home and in communities. Full training and induction are provided. Company cars are available for visits; mileage is reimbursed for using your own vehicle.

Both full-time and part-time roles are offered, with Right to Work in the UK and no visa sponsorship. You will support daily living tasks with a person-centred approach, travelling between visits and contributing to a flexible, compassionate care

We are looking for a Support Worker to help individuals live as independently, confidently and safely as possible within their own homes and local communities.

Company cars are available to support you in carrying out your role and travelling between visits.

If you do not drive, you will travel alongside a colleague to customers homes.

This is a varied and meaningful role where you will provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs, preferences and goals.

Full & Part-time roles are available.

Person specification:

• Caring, compassionate and patient approach
• Flexible and reliable, with a positive and proactive attitude
• Driving licence is desirable but not essential - company cars are available and non-drivers will travel with a colleague
• Ability to support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, where required
• Full, unrestricted UK Right to Work - please note there is no visa sponsorship available for this role
