Job summary

Nova Care Group is recruiting Support Workers in the North East region. The role offers a competitive £30,000–£32,000 base salary with shift enhancements that can push earnings beyond £42,775. A 4 on 4 off pattern supports work-life balance, with enhanced annual leave, private healthcare and team bonuses.

We provide funded Level 3 and 4 NVQ qualifications and clear progression pathways. We seek patient, resilient individuals with strong people skills and a passion for helping others.
