Job summary

Nova Care Group is seeking Support Workers to provide meaningful, practical support to young people through crises. The role offers a competitive basic salary of £30,000–£32,000, with shift enhancements bringing potential earnings over £42,775, plus a 4 on 4 off pattern and enhanced annual leave.

You will be patient, resilient and emotionally aware, with excellent people skills and a commitment to making a difference.
