Mission Critical Group (MCG) is seeking a Support Technician to assist Blast and Brake Forming operations. The role focuses on safe, timely material movement, storage, and organization to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime on the production floor.
Ideal candidates have at least 1+ year in material handling or manufacturing support, basic math and inventory skills, and forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.

The Support Technician will be responsible for supporting the Blast and Brake Forming areas. This role will provide safe and timely movement, storage, and organization of materials throughout the production floor to support maximized efficiency and reduce downtime for machine operators. This role requires a safety-first mindset, with strict adherence to all safety protocols and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. The Support Technician demonstrates strong ownership mentality, taking full responsibility for their work area, anticipating team needs, and contributing to continuous improvement and overall production flow.
Monday to Friday 2:30pm to 12am | With occasional Saturdays
