Mission Critical Group (MCG) is seeking a Warehouse Technician – Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and staff during the SWING SHIFT. You will drive inventory control, coordinate with procurement and production, and ensure timely deliveries while enforcing safety standards.
Responsibilities include training staff, optimizing layout, using Dynamics 365 for inventory control, and guiding continuous improvements in logistics and material flow.

Summary: The Warehouse Technician – Lead oversees daily warehouse operations, manages staff, and ensures accurate inventory control and efficient material flow. This role supports supervisory tasks and drives improvements in logistics, inventory systems, and warehouse processes. The Lead Technician also coordinates closely with procurement and production teams to maintain clear communication and alignment across operations.
