Job summary

BEST Disability Support is seeking two highly organized Support Workers to guide peers and support our members across community settings. You will manage daily briefs, mentor allocations, and ensure programs run on time according to the timetable.

You will also complete quarterly reports, up-level management, update member profiles, and assist with routine administrative tasks while supporting Mentors and explaining BEST processes and systems.

• Must be self-motivated, proactive and able to solve problems on the fly.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a zero-tolerance for errors.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting across campus, parks, shops, etc.
• Diverse skill set and willingness to contribute to multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Daily Briefing and assign Member to Mentor allocations.
• Complete quarterly reports.
• Provide appropriate up-lining to management and support peers.
• Update profiles for newly enrolled members.
• Handle ad hoc admin tasks (printing, laminating, binding).
• Ensure programs start/finish on time per timetable.
• Support Mentors and clarify BEST processes and systems (Daily Recap, incident reporting).
