Job summary

Primrose School of South Lebanon is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging classroom where children feel safe and inspired to learn.

You will implement the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum, support growth across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains, and collaborate with families and team members to maintain a high-quality learning environment. The role emphasizes reliability, professionalism, and a love of teaching.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Ohio child care licensing requirements.
• Previous licensed child care center/preschool/early childhood experience preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed for supervision and safety.
• Infant and Toddler Teachers must be able to safely lift infants into and out of cribs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Implement daily lesson plans and classroom activities using the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.

• Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, and general school responsibilities.
