We offer full-time and part-time positions, including support and Spanish enrichment roles, with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with hands-on activities tailored to meet the needs and interests of the children.
  2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
  3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
  4. Provide support across classrooms or age groups as needed within the center or nearby locations.
  5. Teach Spanish lessons to children at the center.
Qualifications:
  • Must pass required state and company background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements.
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
  • Preferred: CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field.
  • Must be able to speak Spanish.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations, including immunizations, physical screenings, and training. You will work in person at an early education/child care center, providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services according to Bright Horizons’ policies and legal requirements to ensure children's safety.

Salary / Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:

The hourly rate ranges from $14.45 to $17.95, depending on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
