The Gardner School in Maple Grove, MN is opening a new state-of-the-art preschool and is hiring a founding team member as a Support Teacher. You will engage children, assist in classrooms, and help maintain daily routines in a warm, professional setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate's degree or CDA (preferred).
• Previous experience in early childhood settings preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meets all state-specific licensing and experience requirements.

• Step into classrooms to support Assistant Teachers during breaks or absences.

(Required)* Regular and reliable attendance.* Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing, joyful approach to care.* Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
