The Gardner School in Plymouth, MN is hiring an Assistant Teacher to support lead teachers in delivering age-appropriate curricula and activities in a state-of-the-art preschool setting.

You will foster emotional and behavioral growth, model our core values, and build positive relationships with families while helping maintain a safe, organized classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related, or CDA certification (preferred).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities that align with each child’s developmental needs.
• Offer nurturing guidance that supports each child’s emotional and behavioral development.

(Required)* Regular and reliable attendance.* Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing, joyful approach to care.* Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
