Tory Burch is seeking a Support Supervisor to join our fast-paced Las Vegas store. You will help manage front and back-of-house operations, lead a team, and ensure a transformational customer experience while supporting product flow and stock organization.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in high-volume retail, open availability including nights and weekends, and the physical ability to lift 40 lbs. We offer a competitive benefits package and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist front of the house and back of the house operations.
• Lead by example as a Support Supervisor and help the team deliver a transformational customer experience.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize stock to support product flow.
