Job summary

Tory Burch seeks a Support Supervisor for our fast-paced retail team. The role involves greeting, cashiering, answering phones, and executing store policies to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, understanding and executing operational policies and procedures.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store.
• Lead by example as the Support Supervisor, managing conflict and supporting the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.
