Job summary
Ideal Care, LLC is seeking Experienced Support Staff for weekday and weekend shifts in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego, to support an adult male client with developmental disabilities. Requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and a compassionate approach to daily living activities.
Responsibilities include transportation to appointments, community outings, light cleaning, and assisting with personal goals.
Qualifications
- Must have enthusiasm, energy, consistency and patience.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working with Adults with developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Help with household management skills.
- Light cleaning and cooking some meals.
- Assist clients with personal goals and transportation to appointments, activities, and grocery shopping.
- Support with community outings.
