Job summary

American Automobile Association is seeking a detail‑oriented administrative teammate to coordinate customer transportation during auto repairs. You will support record keeping, part processing, and repair order documentation while assisting with phones and invoicing.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills to ensure a smooth customer experience. The position offers full-time hours with benefits, including paid holidays, PTO, and tuition reimbursement,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience in retail/sales/service preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Arrange/administrate transportation for customers during vehicle repairs via rideshare, rental, or company vehicle.
• Perform clerical duties to support record keeping and secure storage of documents.
• Receive parts and process returns.
• Create/modify/finalize repair orders in the shop management system when needed.
• Answer phones and assist with invoicing and payments when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
