Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise Support Operations Specialists, overseeing workload distribution, coaching, and performance.
• Maintain and improve Support Operations procedures, monitor trends, and implement workflow enhancements.
• Manage building-support vendors and conduct site inspections to ensure contract compliance and readiness.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and KPIs, document outcomes, and report trends to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional operational support with Facilities, Safety, Supply Chain, and Real Estate teams.
• Lead readiness for new sites, ensuring infrastructure support services and day-one operations.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance through documentation, audits, and adherence to healthcare rules.
• Support emergency preparedness and incident coordination related to Support Operations.
• Serve as a primary contact for site leaders, handling escalations and communicating service impacts.
• Support annual budget planning, forecasting, and cost oversight with Finance, including vendor reports.
• Develop internal communications, announcements, and staff recognition to promote transparency.
• Champion accountability, collaboration, and service excellence across Infrastructure.
