Job summary

• Experience with vendor management and contract oversight.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Support Operations Specialists and oversee daily workload distribution.
• Maintain and improve procedures, monitor trends, and KPI reporting.
• Manage contracted building-support vendors and conduct site inspections.
• Coordinate cross-functional support with Facilities, Safety, Real Estate, and IT.
• Lead readiness for new sites, relocations, and deployments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits and documentation.
• Support annual budget planning and cost oversight for OPS services.
