Job summary

A Place At Home Philadelphia West is seeking respectful, professional caregivers to provide light assistance with ADLs and wellness checks in our Philadelphia West area communities. You will complete brief visits across multiple residents, maintaining dignity and compassion in every interaction.

This role offers 6-hour or 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling and competitive pay, designed for efficient, structured support rather than extended one-on-one care.

Qualifications

We are seeking respectful, professional, and reliable individuals to join our team as Support on Sight Care Providers supporting independent living communities in the Philadelphia West area.

About the Role

This is not your typical caregiving position.

As a Support on Sight Caregiver, you will deliver brief, focused care visits (7–15 minutes each) to multiple residents throughout your shift. You’ll provide light assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while conducting wellness checks in a community setting. This role is designed for efficient, structured support rather than extended one-on-one caregiving.

• 6-hour shifts or 12-hour shifts available

Key Responsibilities
