Job summary

A Place At Home Philadelphia West is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide brief, structured support visits in independent living communities in the Philadelphia West area.

As a Support on Sight Caregiver, you will perform 7-15 minute visits, assist with ADLs, and conduct wellness checks across multiple residents per shift. We offer 6-hour or 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Current CNA certification (or equivalent experience).
• Experience working in a community setting with multiple short visits.
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and respectful demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brief, but meaningful care visits across multiple residents per shift.
• Provide assistance with ADLs (mobility support, grooming reminders, toileting, etc.).
• Observe and report changes in resident's condition.
• Maintain professionalism, respect, and dignity in every interaction.
• Work comfortably in a community-based environment.
