Londyn Private-Duty Homecare in Philadelphia is seeking dedicated Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team. The role focuses on assisting clients with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility, and basic health checks.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of professional caregiving experience, a CNA or HHA certification if available, current First Aid/CPR if available, and reliable transportation. Flexible schedules and part-time shifts are available.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Valid CNA or HHA certification if available.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification if available.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Provide personal hygiene and dressing support.
• Help with mobility, walking, and therapy exercises.
• Monitor nutrition and conduct basic health checks (blood pressure, etc.).
• Medication reminders and adjunct patient care.

Available Shifts

• Part-time openings
• Rotating weekend coverage (as needed)
• 1st Shift: 8 AM - 4 PM or 9am-1pm
• 2nd Shift: 4pm-10pm
• 3rd Shift: 10pm-8am

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED/Transcript
• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience (required)
• Valid CNA or HHA certification (If available)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (If available)
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
• Ability to work independently while following health and safety guidelines
• Compassionate, respectful, and ethical approach to care
