Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow the customer with friendly service and fast checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff perform duties effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking for rapid floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty for store operations and staff management.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash and maintains security procedures.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
