Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

We’re seeking an experienced SAP ECP Configuration Consultant who enjoys building clarity, sharing knowledge, and supporting others. This role owns our payroll product knowledge and training ecosystem while leading a small team of direct reports. It’s a great opportunity for someone who has worked in configuration or support and is ready to take on people leadership in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You’ll connect payroll operations, product support, and learning to ensure teams have the right information at the right time to deliver excellent service.

Location:

This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Yarmouth, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position will likely be $130,000 - $160,000. However, compensation above or below that range may be offered depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of 4 direct reports, providing guidance, prioritization, and coaching
• Build, organize, and govern a centralized payroll knowledge base (e.g., Confluence/Atlassian)
• Serve as a functional expert for SAP ECP payroll configuration and processing
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify gaps and create clear, accurate content
• Translate complex payroll and configuration topics into accessible articles, job aids, and training materials
• Support onboarding and continuous learning across support, implementation, and service teams
• Collaborate with product, AMS, and implementation teams to keep knowledge current and aligned

What You Bring

• Strong experience as an SAP ECP Payroll Configuration Consultant
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on payroll and configuration experience
• Deep understanding of payroll processing, taxes, off‑cycles, retroactivity, and controls
• Experience contributing to or managing knowledge bases or documentation
• Clear communicator who can simplify complex concepts
• Interest in—or early experience with—people leadership and team development
• U.S.-based, with the ability to support U.S. payroll stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in payroll support, AMS, or BPO environments
• Experience creating training, SOPs, or enablement content
• Familiarity with knowledge governance or content lifecycle practices
