Accenture Federal Services is hiring a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Functional Consultant to design, configure, test, and deploy payroll solutions within SAP SuccessFactors. You will translate complex payroll requirements into functional designs and collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure compliant, validated processes.

• Participate in payroll reconciliation, parallel testing, and deployment readiness activities.

The work

The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Functional Consultant will support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of payroll solutions within an SAP SuccessFactors environment. This role requires deep knowledge of payroll processing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex payroll requirements into functional design and configuration within ECP.

You will partner with business teams, technical developers, and integration resources to ensure payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and fully validated end-to-end. This includes supporting configuration, documentation, testing cycles, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and deployment activities. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to document and communicate effectively are essential.

Here’s what you need

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or SAP ECC Payroll


• Strong understanding of payroll processes, wage type configuration, schemas, calculation logic, and payroll data flow


• Experience designing and configuring ECP solutions and creating functional documentation


• Ability to analyze and translate complex payroll requirements into SAP solutions


• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills for payroll issues


• Understanding of EC-to-ECP integration mechanics

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizens)


• Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
