Job summary

riministreet is seeking a senior SAP BW specialist to provide expert remote support across BW landscapes including 4.x, ECC, and HANA. You will address data modeling, ETL, performance issues, and integration within highly customized client systems, with SAC exposure secondary.

The role requires strong BW modeling, data loads, and NetWeaver expertise, plus fluency in English and Portuguese. This is a fully remote position based in Brazil with global, around-the-clock support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of SAP experience with deep BW, Basis, NetWeaver and integration knowledge.
• Strong BW modeling, ETL, BEx, and performance tuning expertise.
• Experience with major enterprise databases and operating systems; fluent English and Portuguese; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex SAP BW issues related to data loads, InfoProviders, queries, and performance.
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, advise on best practices, and deliver high-quality support.
• Develop and ship fixes for BW defects and data integrity problems, including scripting where appropriate.
• Serve as a technical and functional advisor for assigned key accounts.
• Use proprietary tools and remote access to troubleshoot in test and production-like environments.
• Participate in a 24x7x365 global support rotation requiring flexible hours.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, diagnostics, and process improvements.
