Job summary

Ciklum is seeking a Support Engineer to join our Polish team on a full-time basis. You will work in a cross-functional group, supporting product data and digital commerce topics for global clients, focusing on data capturing, orders, and CRM data maintenance.

Responsibilities include handling orders, documenting activity in the ticketing system, communicating with customers, and ensuring accurate billing. The role values commercial background and proactive learning in a globally connected

Qualifications

Commercial background with apprenticeship, degree, or career change.
Ability to quickly learn complex topics with minimal guidance.
Interest in technical processes and data-handling.
Experience in customer service is a plus.
Strong written and spoken German and English skills.

Responsibilities

Handle orders for a defined customer portfolio within the GDSN data pool/retailer portal Atrify.
Document and archive customer orders in the ticketing system.
Manage individual customer communications.
Ensure correct billing of services per defined pricing.
Maintain customer master data in the CRM system.
Contribute to defined projects and expand knowledge of GDSN data maintenance.
Perform general administrative and commercial tasks.
