Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Support Engineer 5 to join their team. As a Support Engineer 5, you will be part of the technical support department, supporting critical applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Support Engineer 5

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $42/hr - $47/hr

What's the Job?

  • Quickly identifying customer issues related to specific Azure Services or Azure Platform.
  • Assisting in solving technically complex, strategic, or long-running support cases.
  • Owning, troubleshooting, and solving customer technical issues through collaboration and best practices.
  • Triaging and monitoring incident management requests to product and engineering groups.
  • Building relationships and trust with internal support teams and customers.


What's Needed?

  • 10 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with Azure VM, Azure AKS, Networking, or Windows.
  • Proven advanced technical troubleshooting skills across multiple technology areas.
  • Strong understanding of container technology and fluency in Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
