Job summary

ISOutsource is seeking a Service Technician in Chandler, AZ to provide first-line desktop and server support in a fast-paced technology services environment.

You will troubleshoot a wide range of issues, handle routine server maintenance, and collaborate with field consultants to deliver top-notch client service. We offer growth opportunities, exposure to ConnectWise, and a friendly team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical support experience preferred.
• IT / Networking certification or ability to attain one within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

Work you will do as an ISOutsource Support Technician:

• Provide first line technical support including desktop and server support
• Solve a wide variety of issues
• Some specialized application support calls received (training provided)
• Carry out day-to-day network administration tasks
• Perform routine server maintenance tasks
• Manage our network monitoring system
• Provide in-house technical support
• Work in an energized team and fun office environment
• Work with a variety of technologies
• Partner with Support colleagues skilled in a variety of technical arenas
