Job summary

Opportunity Partners, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Support Coach in Minneapolis to help adults with disabilities live more independently through classroom and community-based activities.

You will engage individuals in daily routines, plan creative activities, and support skill-building in teamwork and workplace tasks. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a $20.00/hour wage, with opportunities for career growth within a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in human services.
• High school degree or GED.
• Valid driver's license to drive company vans.

Responsibilities

• Help people with disabilities with daily routines.
• Plan and deliver creative activities.
• Support skill-building in workplace tasks, teamwork, and social interactions.
• Promote independence and well-being.
• Coordinate community-based activities at places such as libraries, gardens, parks, and more.
• Complete daily documentation related to services, progress, and support needs.
