Opportunity Partners, Inc. is seeking a Job Support Coach to help adults with disabilities at customer sites in the Twin Cities metro area. You will travel to multiple sites to back up our coaches during absences and support clients in janitorial, mailroom, or production work.

The role emphasizes agility, collaboration, and a willingness to work across varied locations with a supportive team. Training is provided, and the schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a wage of $20.00

Qualifications

• No experience required. We train you.
• High school degree or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites in the metro area.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and assist clients with disabilities at customer sites.
• Back up Job Support Coaches by traveling to sites in the metro area.
• Work at sites doing janitorial, mailroom, or production tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to help clients succeed and develop skills.
