Opportunity Partners in Minnetonka is seeking a dedicated Support Coach to help people with disabilities have fun, develop skills and gain independence in classroom and community settings. You may be cross-trained to cover other duties; scheduling is coordinated with Day Service management on an ongoing basis.

You may be cross trained to cover other Support Coach responsibilities during absences. The Day Service locations you will work at can vary on a daily/weekly basis in Minnetonka. We are seeking someone who is agile, flexible and a collaborator. Scheduling will be coordinated with the Day Service management team on an ongoing basis.
