Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking an on-site Security professional for our Louisville, KY Support Center. You will protect people and property, monitor cameras, and patrol facilities to ensure a safe environment for employees and guests.

Candidates must hold Kentucky Law Enforcement Certification, be an active or retired officer in good standing, and have LEOSA/CCDW credentials or ability to obtain within 90 days. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Kentucky Law Enforcement Certification is required.
• Active or retired Law Enforcement Officer must be in good standing.
• LEOSA and/or CCDW certification current or obtainable within 90 days.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other MS products.
• Strong situational awareness, professionalism, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security for Paragon I & II buildings and surrounding parking lots.
• Provide security coverage for off-campus properties and special events.
• Monitor security cameras from the front security desk.
• Conduct routine patrols on foot and/or by vehicle.
• Identify and respond to security concerns or potential threats.
• Provide security support for special Support Center functions.
• Assist the Reception team with guest or employee needs in the lobby.
• Partner with Loss Prevention and Security leadership on daily operations.

As Support Center Security, you’ll play a key part in keeping the Paragon buildings, parking areas, and off‑campus events safe and secure. You’ll work closely with Loss Prevention, Reception, and Support Center teams to maintain a welcoming yet secure environment where employees and guests feel comfortable and protected.

*This is an on-site position at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky.

What’s On Your Plate
