Texas Roadhouse is seeking legendary Roadies to join Willie’s Joynt Café inside the Support Center in Louisville, KY. You will deliver outstanding customer service, prepare and assemble food and beverages, and operate the POS while supporting internal catering in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

• Restaurant or food service experience is a plus.

• Follow recipes, prep sheets, and food specifications.
• Help maintain food quality and cook time standards.

• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with front-of-house and back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment.
