The individual chosen for this position will supervise the shift at the assigned home. Ensure that active treatment is being provided, meals are prepared and the home is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. The individual will write non-technical reports, document behaviors of persons in the home and ensure that all shift events are documented on the cottage log. Inventory all supplies for the home, supervise the cleaning of all areas of the home and participate in the development of each person’s habilitation plan.
