Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, performing sales operations including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment.
  • Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented timely.
  • Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store transfers and locate requests accurately.
  • Receive and process visual materials, store hardware, and signage.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, signage placement, etc.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative problem-solving approach.
  • Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines.
  • Teamwork demonstrated.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication using headsets.
  • Reliable attendance; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
