Position Objective:

The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This includes performing sales functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Functional Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor; reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
• Enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and promptly.
• Process visual packet materials, props, signage, and properly store stockroom hardware like hangers and sign holders.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert store management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

• Model, support, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omnichannel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

• Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn or adapt to company-provided technology.
• Ability to work mostly standing during shifts.
• Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including wearing/using headsets.
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Physical Requirements:

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
