Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales environment, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment; reorganize merchandise to optimize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
• Accurately enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and complete store transfers and locate requests.
• Manage visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, and signage placement.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Support and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, delivering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

• Encourage an inclusive, collaborative problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to company technology.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Ability to work quickly within strict timelines.
• Teamwork skills.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers and team via headset.
• Regular attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift).
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of shift).
• Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift).
